The Product Line Manager manages the product line and life cycle through all stages
of development. They are responsible for delivering annual line plans that increase
revenue, gross margin and market share with a strategic assortment of best-in-class
products.
Job Responsabilities

Deliver briefs and other forms of product communication to Design,
Development, Marketing Teams.

Engage the product team to drive workflow, operational priorities and actions
towards deadlines on the seasonal Go-To-Market Calendar.

Oversee and manage current product, competitor, and market information
-
Maintain the category line plan, product marketing information, retail pricing,
color information and all relevant product information and necessary line
planning, pre-lining and line review tools.

Work with design and development to ensure all products are executed per the
brief, align with consumer needs and achieve margin targets.

Develop content for sales and marketing tools, merchandising/assortment
strategies and other product planning needs essential to delivering product
collections to markety

Develop strong working relationship with colleagues across teams and drive the
product development process by enabling and empowering others.

Facilitate presentations and discussions with consumers to gather insights that
inform product and line development.
Required Qualifications

5-15 years sales, product or marketing experience in wholesale, retail or direct
businesses.

*Preferred candidate will have experience launching new products and expertise in
negotiating commercial terms and incentive structures with channel partners.

Knowledge of product development process, merchandising and assortment
planning.

Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver presentations to
large groups.

Strong quantitative/analytic skills.

Fast-paced growing company experience and/or demonstrated effectiveness in a
small company/location where role includes both strategic and hands-on
responsibilities
